Kristi K. Brownson Obtains Summary Judgment in North Dakota Asbestos Cases

Brownson Norby, PLLC is pleased to announce that Kristi K. Brownson has obtained Orders from the Cass County, North Dakota, District Court granting summary judgment dismissing Brownson Norby, PLLC clients as Defendants in a series of asbestos personal injury cases.

Separate Orders were entered on June 4, 2014 by Judge Steven L. Marquart dismissing claims on the following bases; Market Share, Non-Exposure, Fraud, Conspiracy, and Deceit.

These Orders were entered in favor of Brownson Norby, PLLC clients in the following cases;

David Poppke v. 999 Quebec, Inc., et. al., Civil No. 09-2010-CV- 02737;

Dorothy Hoffman, Representative of the Estate of Timothy Hoffman v. 999 Quebec, Inc., et. al.,  Civil No. 09-2010-CV-02724;

Rosie Ereth, Representative of the Estate of Raymond Ereth v. 999 Quebec, Inc., et. al., Civil No. 09-2010-CV-02730.

Ms. Brownson maintains a continuous and active defense practice in North Dakota Courts on asbestos, employment, innkeeper liability, and other legal matters.
